MetLife Legal Plan
For a monthly fee, you, your spouse and dependents get legal assistance for some of the most frequently needed personal legal matters — with no waiting periods, no deductibles and no claim forms when using a network attorney for a covered matter. And, for non-covered matters that are not otherwise excluded, your plan now provides four hours of network attorney time and services per year.
You get unlimited telephone and office consultations with an in-network attorney of your choice at $21.75/month (which is just a little over $10 a paycheck!) Covered services include estate planning, real estate, family law and traffic offenses for yourself, your spouse and dependents.

Critical Illness
The MetLife Critical Illness plan gives you a lump-sum payment to help cover everyday expenses in the event of a covered illness. This benefit pays for costs not covered by medical plans, such as lost wages, transportation to medical facilities, out-of-pocket expenses and childcare. You can select coverage amounts of $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000 as an Employee; $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000 for your Spouse or Domestic Partner. Premiums are paid automatically through payroll deductions.
MetLife Hospital Indemnity
The MetLife Hospital Indemnity plan pays you a direct benefit of $1,500 per hospitalization (up to 4 times per year) plus $150 per day in the hospital (up to 15 days per year). You may also cover your spouse or domestic partner and eligible child(ren) under this plan.
