Health Advocate is a service provided to all Catalina employees at no cost to you. It can help you and your eligible family members (spouses, dependents, parents, and parents-in-laws) resolve healthcare and insurance-related issues and address personal and family concerns - all through a single toll-free number.
They can:
Support medical issues, from resolve insurance claim issues, answering questions, to finding the right in-network doctors
Lower bills for non-covered medical/dental services
Provide confidential help with personal issues. 24/7
Help with stress, anxiety, depression, and family problems
Support you with grief and loss, anger and substance abuse
Find local resources for child care, adult day care and eldercare
Research and locate financial counselors
Refer you to more long term support as needed
