Employee Assistance & Health Advocacy Program

Health Advocate is a service provided to all Catalina employees at no cost to you. It can help you and your eligible family members (spouses, dependents, parents, and parents-in-laws) resolve healthcare and insurance-related issues and address personal and family concerns - all through a single toll-free number.

They can:

  • Support medical issues, from resolve insurance claim issues, answering questions, to finding the right in-network doctors

  • Lower bills for non-covered medical/dental services

  • Provide confidential help with personal issues. 24/7

  • Help with stress, anxiety, depression, and family problems

  • Support you with grief and loss, anger and substance abuse

  • Find local resources for child care, adult day care and eldercare

  • Research and locate financial counselors

  • Refer you to more long term support as needed
