Catalina Benefits Eligibility:

All Regular, Full-time Employees who are scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are eligible to participate in all Catalina benefit plans as of day one (or date of hire).

All Interns and Temporary Employees who are scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are eligible to participate on the first of the month following 60 days of employment and are eligible to participate in the Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, DCA, Commuter FSAs, and EAP plans.
